Prime Performance Program

This 9-month program is designed to boost team and individual performance through self-innovation and skill enhancement. It focusses on growing each participant’s and the sales group’s present talents while uncovering untapped potential by introducing new, highly-successful sales and management tools and techniques

From improving one-on-one customer relations to creating career goals within their organization, the Prime Performance Program focuses on team excellence in the world of selling and management.


Program Components

Extensive personal and team training

Each participant will receive 24 hours of team training focused on further development of their strengths and areas of improvement relative to their successful selling and management goals. Our strategy with these training modules are 100% customizable, based on the needs of the team and the individual.

Program Sample: We introduce the “3 P’s for Success” and work with the team to apply these techniques to foster customer relationships relative to their specific roles, deliver long-term results and create growth opportunities.

dEVELOPMENT OF pERSONAL pERFORMANCE mETRICS

Every organization has corporate KPIs that the team works towards achieving—but how are you measuring personal success? Do you have benchmarks and goals for your career?

We’ll focus on each participant’s past and present successes to develop a set of personal stretch goals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, that will guide them towards being a champion in their own career.

Personal Brand building

In a competitive business environment success begins with differentiating not only your company from competitors, but also yourself.

We’ll work with each participant to develop a personal brand by focusing on areas such as creating a personal value proposition, maximizing your competitive edge and sustaining your brand long term.

Strategic team training sessions

Scheduled at the half-way mark and towards the end of the program, these customizable training sessions will be based on material covered within this program and participant feedback.

These sessions are designed to focus on the new areas of growth from each individual and their impact on the entire team.

Program Sample: Session topics may include ‘Working Together Towards Success’, ‘New Business Development’, ‘The Sum of All Parts in Business’ and ‘Delivering Superior Customer Service’.

Market TRAINING Workshops

We know that opportunities and challenges can vary greatly depending on region, market-specific economic issues and the level of direct competition. During these workshops, we analyze processes and selling techniques that drive sustaining results and tailor them to meet team objectives.

How do we do it? By introducing customized sales and management techniques, as well as tools for increasing new business revenues, strengthening key customer relations and becoming a more effective problem solver for customers.


Program Certification

At the completion of the 9-month program, each participant will receive a personalized program certificate acknowledging their participation and achievement throughout the program.


Prime Performance Program

TOTAL PROGRAM INVESTMENT:

$4,200 per participant (plus GST)

Program may be subject to fee subsidization through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant.
