Preparing for the New Reality Program

From new business development requirements to shifting expectations for communicating and connecting with customers, companies are having to adapt to new challenges in the business world—challenges that impact their bottom line and long-term sustainability.

This customizable 9-month training program is designed to engage employees across a broad spectrum of departments, from sales to senior management, by providing valuable operational and managerial tools, resources and strategies for growth within the industry.


Program Components

Each participant will receive 21 hours of extensive training through team training modules. These modules are 100% customizable to accommodate the unique needs of the organization and participants.

 

Training Modules

These training modules focus on preparing the team for the new realities of business.

By first identifying each individual participants’ strengths and their key role in building a strong, unified team, they will be better equipped to work collaboratively to build customer relationships and sustainable revenue.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT TRACKING TOOLS

The way we interact and foster relationships with customers is changing with a shift away from the traditional workplace. Keeping a finger on the pulse of customer engagement is key and effective, cross-functional reporting strategies will be introduced throughout the program.

Program Certification

Upon completion of the 9-month program, each participant will receive a personalized certificate acknowledging their participation and achievements throughout the program.

TOTAL PROGRAM INVESTMENT:

$4,400 per participant (plus GST)

Program may be subject to fee subsidization through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant.
